Parenting, Presence, and the Nervous System: Meet Arielle Kempler
A trauma informed, body based approach to parenting with more steadiness and less overwhelm
Meet Arielle Kempler, a trusted expert within the Nest Earth community
Parenting can be beautiful, meaningful, and deeply fulfilling.
It can also feel overwhelming, triggering, and heavier than most people admit.
For many parents, especially those balancing work, home, and caregiving with limited support, the emotional weight of daily life can quietly build. It shows up in moments of reactivity, exhaustion, and the constant feeling that you should be doing it better.
Arielle Kempler’s work meets parents right there.
A body based, trauma informed approach to parenting
Arielle is a trauma informed, body based psychotherapist who supports parents and caregivers navigating the emotional demands of parenting, work, and life.
Her approach centers on the understanding that healing and regulation do not happen through mindset alone. They happen through the nervous system.
Through both her clinical training and lived experience, Arielle helps parents understand how stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm live in the body and how those patterns show up in everyday interactions with their children.
Together with her clients, she focuses on:
• regulating the nervous system so that hard moments feel more manageable
• staying present instead of reactive when emotions run high
• softening perfectionism and unrealistic expectations
• building sustainable emotional habits that support both parent and child
• responding with awareness instead of default patterns
Her work is grounded in non resistance, compassion, and the belief that parents deserve support too.
Healing the past while raising the next generation
Many of the parents Arielle works with are not only raising children. They are also healing their own experiences at the same time.
They want to become the parent they needed.
They want to break cycles that no longer serve their families.
They want to create homes that feel safe, steady, and emotionally supportive.
Arielle supports this process with depth and care.
She is trained in EMDR therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and integrates these modalities into her work to help clients process past experiences, release stored stress in the body, and create new patterns that feel more aligned and supportive.
Why Arielle’s work belongs inside Nest Earth
At Nest Earth, we believe a healthy home is not only about the physical environment. It is also about the emotional ecosystem we create within it.
Arielle’s work brings an essential layer to our community by supporting the internal environment of the home; the nervous systems, emotional patterns, and relational dynamics that shape how we live and connect with one another.
Her voice is a steady, compassionate guide for parents who want to raise their children with presence while also honoring their own needs and healing.
A little more about Arielle
